By placing an order with Zedfollow, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

2. Service Usage

  • Compliance: You will only use Zedfollow in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Tiktok and other social media platforms on their individual Terms of Service pages.
  • Finality: Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will not refund orders that are "in-process" if you feel they are taking too long.

3. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Zedfollow is not responsible for any account suspension or content deletion done by social media platforms.
  • Purpose: We provide services to enhance your social "appearance" only. We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee you get the followers you paid for.
  • Accuracy: You must ensure your account is Public before ordering. We cannot refund orders made to Private accounts.

4. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds to Payment Source: Once a deposit is made, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Zedfollow.
  • Disputes/Chargebacks: If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after making a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We may also remove any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' accounts.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you order from two different providers for the same link at the same time, we cannot provide an accurate count and will not refund the order.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
